My Workmail box stopped sending/receiving mails

My mail box at WorkMail suddenly stopped receiving/sending mails. it was working perfectly a couple weeks back.
I had been working from my desktop outlook, mobile and WebApp. but now nothing is working
I check all Rout53 setting. it was not changed and configured properly.
When using WorkMail WebApp, it does not show any mail. the folder are empty, but it does shows the "unread mail indicator" (the number on the folder!
When I send myself mail from Gmail I get bounce mail form mailer-daemon with error "Mailbox full" but looking in AWS Console I see the mailbox is not even half of the quota!

Any ideas?

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with you WorkMail organization. The issue with the webmail client sounds like an issue with your KMS key. I've asked the service team and they also confirmed the errors for mail delivery are also related to your encryption key.

Can you check that your key is still active?

the KMS direction is interesting. Where I can see the organization KMS? not finding it at the Workmail not at the attached Directory
Anyway, I see the the default AWS managed key aws/workmail is Enabled and properly defined

Our Workmail is back online
Indeed it was related to KMS. I was looking at the wrong key. it turned that we are using CMK and mistakenly was disabled
