file empty when downloaded

I have a 225 MB file that keeps showing 0 B when downloaded and is empty. I have tried deleting and reuploading the file to S3. When I click "download" or "open" within S3, it gives me the whole file. But when I click on the object URL, it gives me the empty download. Any advice?

Hello,

Check the bucket and object permissions and ensure the object URL has permission to allow public/anonymous download access. Try downloading the file programmatically AWS CLI.
