Bucket transfer to different AWS account

Customer is updating his guideline and splitting his "everything in 1-account" strategy to one account per products. He already have buckets per products, but it would make sense to transfer them in the different accounts under the same organizations. Is there a capability to do this or does he have to copy the data by himself?

As you can see here, its not possible to transfer ownership of S3 objects and support cannot do it either. The customer can copy the objects themselves to a different account.
