BUG: Unable to Upload .zip file to Lamba function with Chrome

0

While working on a Cloud Solutions Architect lab, I ran across this issue where I am unable to upload a .zip file when creating a Lamda function. I'm attaching a video that shows the issue here...

You'll note that when I choose to upload, that clicking on the upload button doesn't open a Mac file chooser to select the file to upload. When I try to drag from the file chooser, the box to drop the file in only appears when I am off of the upload dialog. As soon as I drag over the upload dialog, the gray upload area disappears and I am not able to upload.

I have not yet tried in another browser, and it looks like I can use S3 as an option. But I shouldn't need to uses those as alternatives.

Hello.

Assuming that you are operating as an IAM user with an IAM policy for operating Lambda, please check the following.

My PC is Windows, but I was able to upload without any problems.
From this, I think it may be an OS issue or a browser issue.
So, please make sure you have the latest version of Chrome, try a different browser, or try a different OS.
Also, since there is a possibility that there is a bug in the UI, I recommend that you send feedback from "Feedback" at the bottom left of the management console screen.
