Build stuck at status "Cancelling"

0

A build failed and Amplify Console started spamming me with duplicate email notifications of its status, so I cancelled it via the web interface. It's now been in state "Cancelling" for at least an hour.

How long should I wait? It appears to be preventing subsequent builds from starting.

The failure, in case it matters:

No idea why that happened, but I can't even begin to troubleshoot it.

Does this issue still bother you? Please attach your appArn and send email to aws-amplify-customer@amazon.com.

Thanks,

Thanks, I've contacted that address.

The affected build is still stuck, but after starting and cancelling the next, all later builds have run successfully:

 • Build #25: Success
• Build #24: Success
• Build #23: Success
• Build #22: Cancelled
• Build #21: Cancelling
• Build #20: Success
