I have problem on instance reachability check failed, How to fix it> I try to research guideline but no answers. here is message bellow , please help me do step by step.

Hi, please, follow this guidance to troubleshoot your Instance Connect issue: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ec2-instance-connect-troubleshooting

Focus on the section about security groups: that is the most frequent issue. Very often, customers forget to allow inbound ssh (tcp port 22) traffic and then they cannot connect.
