Hi, please, follow this guidance to troubleshoot your Instance Connect issue: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ec2-instance-connect-troubleshooting
Focus on the section about security groups: that is the most frequent issue. Very often, customers forget to allow inbound ssh (tcp port 22) traffic and then they cannot connect.

I have add ssh port ready , but still error connection .

it still error : Instance reachability check failed, I donn't what is happend. I can not fix it.
