Unable to log in to Amazon workspace

Hi Everyone, i'm new to amazon workspace. I created one yesterday and downloaded the app for mac os. I am trying to log in. Already put in registration code, but could not access. When I click forgot password to try to reset, it says "Server Error. There was an error with your request. Please try again later." Same thing for over 24 hours. Any recommendations? Thx in advance.

-- I deleted the user and directory and tried again. With new email at the screen where I create password for first time getting the same error right now. Not sure why....

Which user you used for login workspaces

Hello there,

Please reset the user password following the steps in this documentation and then connect to the Workspace using the password you just set.
