Is there a way to filter, view or report on Users by Agents Attributes (proficiencies)

Hi

A new feature was recently released to allow Agent proficiency (attributes) to be added to a user

However, once added I can't see any way to search or view list of users or attributes other than opening each individual user record.

Anyone know of a way to search or report out users and their associated proficiencies?

Thanks for reaching out!

Currently, it is not possible to filter agents by their assigned proficiencies. The only available filter options, within the User Management page, are: "Routing profile", "Security profile", "Agent hierarchy", "Tags", "First Name", "Last Name", and "Login".

That said, I have raised this as a feature request with the service team, on your behalf.
