Stack stuck at CREATE_IN_PROGRESS for 12 days now

I have a build that is stuck in CREATE_IN_PROGRESS for 12 days now, completely blocking me, and so far the developer support has not been able to help.

I have gone through the event logs that match the time frame for the stuck build (Sept 29th) and cannot find anything useful.

I cannot delete the changeset as delete is greyed out.

There are no error messages telling me what went wrong with the build or why it is stuck.

Please advise on how to remedy this! I can pm the changeset id

developer support was able to contact the internal CF team who was able to move the stuck changeset to FAILED after 3 weeks... absolutely terrible experience
