Outlook 2016 login issue


I have created a WorkSpace ( Performance with Windows 10 and Office 2016 (PCoIP)). I logged in MS Office and it works. but When I tried to login into outlook 2016, it asks for username and password again and again instead of giving correct credentials. I have tried many solution on internet but none of them work. I tried removing credentials for windows credentials manager but it didn't work.
I am really trying to learn.
please help !

we need to make two new registries using REGEDIT.
add the following DWORD(32 bit) keys:


set value to 1 (Decimal), reboot Amazon Workspace, launch Outlook and add account.
