Container service on Lightsail is stuck in an invalid state

Hello, I am unable to delete a container service in LightSail.

The deployment is stuck on "Deploying" a test instance (of hello world) for over 2 days now. The option to delete or stop is greyed out / not available. There is something wrong and the container service is stuck in an invalid state.

I opened a case with AWS Billing support, and they advised me to try: aws lightsail delete-container-service --service-name <container_name>

The command completed with no output and still, the service persists.

Please help me remove this from my account.
