Unable to perform Exam AWS Certifification Exam due Driver license recused

Hi,

While giving the exam today 06:15 PM (GMT-3) of CLF-C02: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
I was giving the exam from Pearson Vue. I used my driving license as my identification proof and i receveid of proctor that my ID don't meet with the regulation, because it's paper ID. But, in my country "Brazil" the driver ID is a letterhead paper. I've already done others exams in Pearson Vue with the same ID (CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+) and never had problem with that.

Pearson has to enforce the rules of the organisation whose exam is being taken, and unfortunately, paper IDs are not acceptable for AWS exams https://aws.amazon.com/certification/policies/during-testing/#ID_Requirements
