Getting even the most basic help has been extremely difficult but I’m trying to log into Quicksight and can’t

When I look for Quicksight, I get about four email and password verifications and now I don’t know what they are. How do I directly find and log into Quicksight? I know this isn’t the ideal spot for this question but this is Amazon who hides their intelligence well.

To directly log into Amazon QuickSight, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://quicksight.aws.amazon.com/

  2. Enter your QuickSight account name. This is the name that was created when the QuickSight account was set up in AWS.

If you're having trouble remembering your account name, you can:

  • Check the email invitation you received when you were added to QuickSight
  • Ask your organization's QuickSight administrator
  • Look at the top of the menu at the upper-right of the QuickSight console (if you've previously logged in)

If you're experiencing login issues after clearing your cache, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure cookies and site data are enabled in your browser settings
  • Disable pop-up blockers or add QuickSight as an exception
  • Try using a different browser or incognito/private window
  • Clear your cache and cookies again completely
  • Verify you're using the correct AWS credentials
  • Temporarily disable browser extensions, especially security-related ones
  • Check if your network is blocking access to AWS services

If you're using IAM Identity Center (formerly AWS SSO) for access, note that QuickSight might not appear as a separate application in the Identity Center portal, as the integration works differently than other applications.

If you continue to have issues, contact your organization's QuickSight administrator or AWS Support for assistance.
