Not able to register Domain

Hi.

Route 53 cannot use free tiers or promotional credits.
So, Your account must have a pre-registered credit card for payment.

Credit card is present and verified in "Payment preferences" > "Payment methods" but it still failed to register any domain in Route 53. Maybe there is something else to check?

Did you figure this out? I'm having the same issue. Valid credit card, available domain name, but Route 53 can't finish registering it.
