Is possible to recover an AWS console account that was closed or suspended?

0

Hello everyone

It seems like years ago I created an AWS Console account using my primary email address, and now I can't recover it, nor can I reuse my email to create another AWS Console account.

I would like to be able to recover the lost account, or at least I would like to free up and recover my primary email address so I can create another account.

Does anyone know if it's possible to contact AWS Technical Support to resolve this type of issue?

Best regards

Hello.

Has your AWS account been closed?
You can restore your account within 90 days of closing it.
However, if more than 90 days have passed, it cannot be restored even if you contact AWS Support.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/accounts/latest/reference/manage-acct-closing.html

Also, when you create an AWS account, we recommend that you create an email address alias to use as the account.
This allows you to create an account without using your primary email address.
For example, if you use Gmail, you can create an alias using the plus sign as follows:

  • Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, my account was closed or suspended over a year ago. I assume it's because I haven't used it since I did the trail activation. I'm a little sad because my primary email address is blocked (related) to that account.
