Cannot receive outlook mail in aws workmail.

Hello i am facing an issue to sync outlook mail with aws work mail .

I have connected my out look mail with work mail to sync the mail and extract the mail attachments from workmail by SES to receive and send it to bucket i am able to receive the mail from work mail but after I connect my work mail with out look its not working.

I want to get my out look mails in aws work mail, i connected success fully by following the document https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/userguide/outlook-client.html

but after this i am not getting any mail to work mail, am i missing some thing
