How to create multiple sessions for NICE DCV?

I have 15 users I need to create sessions for all of them. Sometimes session is being created sometimes its not, and moreover session randomly closes. How can I create sessions for all the users. I have tried creating sessions from root as well as user

Could you please elaborate on your setup? Are you trying to create Linux virtual sessions? What Linux distribution are you using?
