Domain registration failed (.se) [Parameters in request are not valid]

0

Hello! I've tried to find answers in this forum but was not successfull. I'm trying to register a new domain in Route 53 but it keeps failing and I cant find any info as to why. I registered another .se-domain last week without problem.

Im trying to register through the Route 53 console at amazon.com. I have tried multiple times. I am using Person as Contact Type and have tried without any special characters when I fill out Registrant contact. Also nothing is copied or pasted, I have typed it in.

Also if I check my bills I now have five registration of this domain which I assume I should not pay since the registration failed.

Can someone help me?

Edit: I did try to register this domain yesterday as well and got this error: (Parameter value range error; Value error personal/organization identification number)])] When I tried again today i used the correct format for the ID number but can this first error be the reason for the error I am getting now?

Hello.

You will only be charged if your domain is successfully registered.
Those that fail should later disappear from your bill or be refunded.

Domain registration issues can be difficult to troubleshoot from the user's side, so we recommend opening a case with AWS Support.
If you have any questions about domain registration, you can contact AWS Support for free.
