Amazon Connect Dialpad is not showing

Created an Amazon Connect instance and claimed a phone number from amazon. When I dial to that number, it is not ringing. When I try to make an Outbound call, Dialpad is not Showing. Created a simple flow containing a voice prompt and after that it will disconnect. this also not working.

What Security Profile are you using? Maybe double-check your security profile for this setting: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/adminguide/security-profile-outbound-communication.html
