Email and domain owner requests revoke email and domain from amazonSES

0

Hello, We received an amazonSES link in our email and clicked on it. This made checking our email for submissions. AmazonSES is sending spam emails very frequently using our sender email. We do not have any access to the amazonSES account but we own the domain and email. There are no Amazon DNS records on the domain. As an authorization never expires and as there is no simple way where the domain and email owner can verify their ownership and you can immediately remove email and domain from your services?

We have already contacted Amazon several times to resolve the problem and no one helps, meanwhile we receive complaints from contacts thinking that we are the ones sending them when we are not. Taking into account that the Amazon account is not mine, what steps should the owner of the email and domain follow to revoke the authorization they gave to AmazonSES by mistake when clicking on the email link received?

Do we have to ask everyone who is receiving emails on our behalf to create a rule so that all emails from Amazons are reported and sent directly to spam? Or is there any way to revoke the authorization once we own the email and the domain?
