AWS server network out down to 0 automatically, when I restarted the server it started working again. Please let me know what it was the issue?

There is important data missing here to address your concern. It sounds like your EC2-Instance netout metric in CloudWatch reported 0%, but restarting it brought it back to normal. It's possible that your machine locked up if it was consistently at 100% usage for another metric such as CPU utilization.
