AWS SSM Quick Setup Host Management, Pending Status

On an AWS account, I set up AWS SSM Host Management by quick setup. I did attach the policies, to the Instance Profile Roles, as mentioned on the documentation.
On Host management , View Details, all Associations but one show success. The AWS-QuickSetup-SSMHostMgmt-CollectInventory-adq9j shows Pending since 3 days. What steps needs to be done to get this to Success? `
