Can you disclose what client you are using to submit the message to SES? If it is custom code what language/platform is it written in? If it is an operating system feature or installed software, provide details.

  • Hello. The email is being sent by the application as an automated response from the application after an event occurs. The connection type is TCP. The email code is in-built to the application and is not a custom written one.
