I am trying to connect to my Aurora PostgresQL database using hibernate ORM. I was able to connect Using EF .net
I am able to retrive the token like
var pw= Amazon.RDS.Util.RDSAuthTokenGenerator.GenerateAuthToken(host, port, username);
Then in my nhibernate config and connectionstring i replace the password with pw in this call:
var connectionString = ShardManagerBuilder.RebuildConnectionString(nhibernateConfiguration);
Console.WriteLine($"nhibernateConfiguration:{connectionString }");
var fluentSessionFactory = Fluently.Configure(nhibernateConfiguration);
...
...
// build factory
return fluentSessionFactory.BuildSessionFactory();
The question: Is it even possible to use IAM authentication in the context off Hibernate?
Thanks
ps: the code work when i use username and password (not IAM AUTH)
