Cost Explorer widget doesn't show all tags
The cost explorer widget shown in the Systems Manager Application Manager doesn't show all the tags that are associated with the resource group used by my custom application. The tags are already activated in the Cost Allocation Tags panel.
The tags associated with my resource group are: sosafe:environment and sosafe:workload. But cost explorer widget shows only sosafe:environment.

Why the cost explorer doesn't show all activated tags?

- Most comments
It can take up to 24 hours for tags to activate.

The other reason I can think of is that the resources associated with that tag key-value pair do not have any costs just yet.
