Currently Windows OS is not currently supported for Amazon Inspector. The full list of supported Operating Systems is available in the documentation here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/inspector/latest/user/supported.html
Amazon Inspector Classic does support certain Windows-based OSes however: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/inspector/latest/userguide/inspector_supported_os_regions.html

Will it be supported any time? We are considering it as our Vuln Scan tool replacement but with this limitation is impossible.
Yes Jere, we have a roadmap and customers asking for this, in the future. But no ETA at this moment.
