AWS Workmail is ignoring Inbound Rules

I have marked several email addresses in my AWS WorkMail settings as "Never deliver to junk folder", following the instructions at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/adminguide/email-flows.html. However, the emails are still going to my junk folder. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to fix this?

HI,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with the mail flow rules. The strictest mail flow rule will win, could that be the issue here? Also you can enable message logging to verify that a mail flow rule is executed. Message tracking documentation can be found here.
