CodeWhisperer Preview Access?

Hi,

I'm trying to test out CodeWhisperer through the AWS toolkit, but am running into some setup issues. I'm following this guide for JetBrains: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codewhisperer/latest/userguide/whisper-setup-indv-devs.html. For step 4, I don't see a "Start" button, but instead see a "Request Preview Access" button. That button directs me to https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/.

From there, I spoke to an AWS support rep, who directed me to https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/compute/introducing-amazon-codewhisperer-in-the-aws-lambda-console-in-preview/#:~:text=Requesting%20CodeWhisperer%20access&text=In%20the%20AWS%20Lambda%20console%2C%20under%20the%20Code%20tab%2C%20in,and%20Request%20Amazon%20CodeWhisperer%20Access.&text=You%20may%20also%20request%20access%20from%20the%20Preferences%20pane. However, when following those steps, I don't see any options to request access. One section of that page says this: "Selecting either of these options opens the sign-up form." The word "form" links to https://pages.awscloud.com/codewhisperer-sign-up-form.html?referrer=lambda. However, that also just redirects to the contact-us page.

The AWS rep then directed me to ask here. How can I get access / continue the CodeWhisperer setup?
