Ground Truth Labelling job

Hello, I'm experiencing challenges working with my labelling workforce which is myself apparently. I keep encountering 'Incorrect password or username' every time I try to sign in and carry out the task as a workforce. This 'username and password' is provided by amazon. Who has any idea how to get around this?
