build stuck in 'queued' status for more than 3 hours

Hello,

We have a build stuck in 'queued' status for more than 3 hours. In a previous attempt I had another build stuck for more than an hour which I manually stopped.

Please advise.

After 4 hours, the build went through.

for some reason there was a several hour delay. We are using a GPU image.
