How can I find the IP Address?
What I am trying to do is block the SSH on lightsail to the IP of cloudshell so I can have my cloudshell scp files over?

You can find the current IP by running:
curl https://icanhazip.com/v4
When CloudShell stops/starts, the CloudShell IP changes each time.
