SES domain identity not verified or verification failed

I have created an SES domain 20 days back. It was verified as it was very simple to verify and it is out of sandbox. Now the issue is my domain is not able to send emails. The domain I am using is purchased from AWS. I have tried everything but I am not to get it verified now. I am using only one email only to send emails from the same domain and is not able receive emails as it is used only to send emails.

Possible issue: My SES service is running in N.Virgenia but all the emails are send to Bahrain can that be an issue. If yes then what can be the solution as SES is not available in Bahrain.
