CUDOS & Cost Optimisation dashboards, Account Names display account numbers

How to change this to be the account name? where is this even configured? I have not been able to find out where it pulls that data and why it is using the account numberi nthe Account name field. Can anyone help?

    Hi, I've tried following the document you linked, but it doesn't seem to work for me. Are there other methods to change the account names?

Hi thanks for that.

Do I need to follow all of those steps or have I already setup some of the steps through the previous workshop creating the cost optimisation dashboard? very hard to follow these guides. Im not sure hwat has alreayd been done and where to start from
