Does an AWS spam scoring service exist?

I was wondering if an AWS service existed that would allow me to send an email to an API via POST and receive spam scoring information. I see that SES does something similar via Receipt Rules but this doesn't seem to fit the scenario I am targeting.

Any thoughts on this? Does one exist?
