The first thing I would check is whether your inbound security group allows traffic on port 8443. If that is not the issue, check the client's dcv.conf and make sure you have the correct server IP address and port number. If neither of these suggestions work, I would suggest opening an AWS support case so that an engineer can assist you in troubleshooting the issue further.

@Renan, I'm seeing this same issue. Did you find a solution?
UPDATE 1 - NISP and NICE ami works fine. So it seems to be a Sys App issue.
