traffic usage of awslightsail, help!!

As for traffic usage of the AWS lightsail instances, I currently have a $5 AWS Lightsail instance which has built-in 2T traffic, right? Does this 2T quota contain both rx and tx, or only tx?

Both rx/tx (i.e. both data transfer in and data transfer out of your instance) count toward the instance quota. Further details on the data transfer allowance is provided here: https://aws.amazon.com/lightsail/faq/
