Elasticache Redis v7 doesn't support "new" notify-keyspace-events parameter value

Question

Redis version 7 now offers a "new" `n` notification for keyspace events.  But using this value for the `notify-keyspace-events` parameter in a redis7 parameter group returns error: `invalid parameter value for notify-keyspace-events, allowed characters are 'EKg$lshzxeA'`.

Could the Elasticache product team please add `n`, and `m` to the allowed characters for this parameter? 😄 Thanks.
