Still get charged after deleting the RDS Instance

Question

I'm new to AWS and I accidentally created two RDS Instance(both not Free) yesterday. Now I‘ve deleted both, but still get charged. Could someone please help me to solve this problem and explain the root cause to me?

Please check if there are any snapshots are still present.

Have you looked in other regions to make sure there aren't instances? To see all resources in your AWS Account, not just the ones for the region you’re currently in, Go to the AWS Console, and then choose [Resource Groups](https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/resource-groups/home?region=us-east-1). You should be able to find all the resources you have deployed. You can limit the search to RDS.

I have deleted the RDS instances yesterday. But seems it keeps charging me.
