Import Windows 10 VM to AWS and stuck at progress 39

Hi I trying to import a Windows 10 Pro VM ova file as AMI on AWS but the progress is always stuck at 39.

I have referred to the documentation on AWS website and youtube tutorial but it still doesnt work.

Hello.

Do you meet all the system requirements listed in the document below?

Also, are there any error messages output after stopping?

thanks for your help and comment. I manage to import my ami by installing ec2config instead of ec2launchV2.
