It appears that your AWS account is currently blocked and not recognized as a valid account, which is causing the failure to create an EC2 instance. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  1. Contact AWS Support: Use the link provided in the error message. "(https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home?region=us-east-1#/case/create?issueType=customer-service&serviceCode=account-management&categoryCode=account-verification)" to create a support case with AWS customer service. Provide details about your account and the issue you're facing. AWS support will assist you in resolving the account blockage.

  2. Verify Account Information: Ensure that all account information, such as billing details and contact information, is up-to-date and accurate. In some cases, discrepancies in account information can lead to account blockages.

3.Check for Payment Issues: Verify that there are no outstanding payment issues with your AWS account. Accounts with overdue payments or billing issues may be blocked until the issues are resolved.

  1. Review Security Settings: Check for any security-related issues, such as suspicious activity or unauthorized access attempts, that may have triggered the account blockage. Review your account's security settings and consider enabling additional security measures like multi-factor authentication (MFA) to prevent unauthorized access in the future.

  2. Follow AWS Support Guidance: Once you've created a support case, follow any instructions provided by AWS support to resolve the account blockage and regain access to your account. By following these steps and working with AWS support, you should be able to resolve the account blockage issue and successfully create EC2 instances in your AWS account again.
