The AWS one-year free tier covers the AWS services described in the following documents.
Possible causes of billing in this context include the use of instance types that are not eligible for the free tier or the accidental launch of multiple instances.
If you are using RDS, make sure you are not in a multi-AZ configuration and that you are using db.t2.micro, db.t3.micro, and db.t4g.micro instance types.

I checked those and they should be correct. However I noticed I was billed for using RDS Proxy, which I think is not included in the free tier?

Could you please provide more information about which database service you were billed for and what was your configuration?
