Costs also with closed portal


Hello, I got new invoice related to May 2024, but I closed SiteWise portal. How can I get support?

If you incurred costs in May 2024, and closed the account on that same month, you will still get an invoice. Do reach out to AWS Support via a support ticket for help on the billing aspects.
