Check your bill for the relevant services that you are being charged for and remove any resources you are not using. You may want to also enable Cost Explorer in to help track your costs at a deeper level: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cost-management/latest/userguide/ce-enable.html

If you believe you were billed for services you never used, you may want to open a billing case with support - https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awssupport/latest/user/case-management.html

The best way to know the exact service that is being charged is to go to "Billing" and then do a drill-down on the respective service(s) to see the actual culprit.
