Preview request responded with incorrect contents via email

We have requested for the preview a few days back and received an email subjected "Waitlisted: Amazon Textract Preview".

But in the content, it says, the account ID is invalid. We have doubled checked the ID (I don't know that I can share the account ID here in public) and it is valid.

Further, the content of email says, "Our next approval run is scheduled for March 18. If your new application containing the 12 digits is received by March 17, 12 PM Pacific Time you will have early access by March 20. If you are not able to re-apply by then with your freshly located 12 digit AWS ID, new approval runs are scheduled every Monday for the next few weeks."
It says March 18th??

Could you please assist on this?
