Amazon File Cache - can't access files

0

I have tried with both S3 and NFS as my data repositories, but neither work. I have a rhel8 host with existing lustre mounts that work fine. However, when I mount an Amazon File Cache, I cannot access any of the files in the cache ('ls' doesn't show the files, I can't 'touch' a file in the cache, etc.). Has anyone seen this problem?

Hello,

Ensure that you’re running a supported Lustre client and that the Linux instance you’re using to access the cache has a Linux kernel version that meets the minimum requirement for your client operating system. For more information, see Installing the Lustre client.

Can you please try again using the Lustre client provided for Amazon File Cache? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/fsx/latest/FileCacheGuide/getting-started-step2.html
