AWS Training and Certification using same email but create new profile

Issue on AWS Training and Certification account, the builder id cannot link to my previous account. I tired to open a support ticket ,but get no reponse. How many time does it take for AWS to take a look at support ticket in AWS Training and Certification?

Usually AWS responds within 12 hours. Try to contact your Account Manager or to upgrade to a higher support plan temporarily if needed. Plans with live agent access may help troubleshoot issues faster.

    Support plan is just for AWS console,my issue is AWS training and certification, no response after 12 hour.

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
