Change AWS Billing service provider to AWS India

I had created an AWS account long back from India, so my billing service provider is Amazon Web Services, Inc. The problem I am facing is that I am unable to pay using Indian credit and debit cards in this account. Is there way that I can change the service provider to AWS India so that I can use Indian payment options. Please help regarding this as I am running out of my free credits and will have to make a payment in next few weeks.

Hello.

re:Post cannot handle changes in AWS service provider.
I think you need to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and see if it's possible to change your service provider.
