Hello.
We recommend that you check whether the EC2 instance has really been deleted from the EC2 global view.
It's possible that you were looking at a different region.

Do you have any EC2 snapshots left?
If there are no snapshots left, I don't think you will be able to restore the data even if you contact AWS Support.

Thank you for your response. I have checked, and I couldn't find any instances, nor do I have any stored EC2 snapshots.
I still don't understand why AWS suddenly locked the account and deleted all instances without any prior notice.
