Domain registered on Route53

Good Morning
we have a domain that is registered on AWS however i cant setup workmail on the domain because the records are inconsistent or missing.
in my investigations i have found the nslookup points to another company who i contacted for the DNS records who them pointed me to another company who said i must ask AWS as the WHOIS points to AWS.

so i am asking for some assistance here please.
