AWS Account Identification or Reverse Lookup?

The company I work for has absorbed an AWS account that was owned by another entity up until now.

We are reviewing the S3 bucket policy and identifying ARNs that have been given access to the bucket but there are many that are not distinguished in any meaningful way. We would like to get in contact with the account admins associated with the ARNs on the bucket policy to inform them of upcoming changes.

Is there any way to get an alias or account admin contact detail from an AWS account number?

When your organisation absorbed the other account, does that mean you now have access to that account as the root user?

if the other account was setup properly, there should be named contacts for Billing, Operations, and Security in https://console.aws.amazon.com/billing/home#/account
